A new approach to customer feedback and product suggestions
From 1 January 2027, the Welib Ideas Portal will no longer be available.
Until then, the portal will remain accessible for viewing existing ideas and discussions. We encourage you to review and save any information you wish to keep before that date.
Customer feedback, improvement requests, and product suggestions are now collected through the bi-annual Product Health Survey, which is distributed through our regular support channels. This approach gives all customers an equal opportunity to share their input and helps us review and prioritize feedback in a consistent way across our products.
We would like to thank everyone who has contributed ideas, feedback, and suggestions over the years. Your input has played an important role in shaping the development of WeLib/Quria School and we look forward to continuing that dialogue through the Product Health Survey.
